How do I subscribe?
It's simple: go to the product page you're interested in, select the "Subscription without obligations" option, then select the shipping frequency, i.e. how often you would like to receive it (don't worry, you can adjust it later without any consequences), and click the "Add to cart" button.
Decide which products you want to receive regularly in your subscription, save 15% on every order and enjoy free shipping from 60 PLN! The 15% discount is calculated automatically and is permanent, for every product. Save on every order!
You choose how often we replenish your stock (every 1-6 months). Instead of ordering packages manually, the system remembers your choice and organizes shipping for you - this saves you a lot of time. Each time, you will receive information from us about the upcoming package.
What if you've stocked up? Need a different product? Are you going away? You can edit your subscription at any time (add/swap/remove products), pause, move, cancel, redirect to another address. Your KAYA subscription means full flexibility and comfort - from now on, we take care of your stock!

On our product pages you will notice two prices – one of them, the (always) lower one, is the price of the product purchased as a subscription.
The subscription will adapt to you. You decide everything!

How does automatic subscription payment work?
When you order a subscription, you provide us with your card number, and when you renew your subscription, we charge the appropriate amount from your card. Before each charge, you will receive an email and text message notifying you of the upcoming payment.
We operate similarly to Netflix or Spotify! We do not have access to your full data, because it is cleverly encrypted, so there is no fear of it falling into the wrong hands. However, our payment system, Stripe, has been examined by an Independent PCI (Payment Card Industry) Security Assessor and has the PCI Level 1 Service Provider certificate, which is the highest level of certification in the payments industry. Peace of mind!
Remember that you can change your shipping frequency, order contents, or even cancel your subscription altogether at any time .
