Shaving set: cream, scrub and serum for ingrown hairs

Intimate area peeling prepares the skin for shaving and prevents ingrown hairs.The perlite it contains is a natural abrasive particle, suitable for sensitive skin. Hemp seed oil will have a regenerating effect, and lactic acid will moisturize, soften and exfoliate the epidermis.

The shaving cream provides brilliant glide and prevents irritation, without clogging the razor.Glycerin will provide better regeneration, while shea butter will nourish, moisturize and relieve symptoms of dry skin. Rich in natural ingredients, the cream gives the skin a soothing effect after hair removal.

Roll-on serum for ingrown hairs prevents pimples and marks caused by ingrown hairs.The acid composition gently but effectively exfoliates dead skin, additionally smoothing the skin and facilitating hair growth.

The products in the shaving set are fragrance-free and their safety is confirmed by a positive dermatological and gynecological opinion.

Ingrown hair serum

Apply with a roll-on or your hands to cleansed skin and gently massage until absorbed. Do not apply the serum to damaged skin. Avoid contact with eyes. The product is intended for external use only. If you notice irritation, discontinue use.

Use the serum regularly, even every day. However, we suggest not using it right after shaving – the skin can be irritated then, so exfoliation (even gentle exfoliation) can irritate it.

Spread the product in gentle, circular motions on damp skin, then rinse with water. Use it no more than once or twice a week – this frequency is enough to get rid of dead skin and prevent ingrown hairs.

Shaving cream

Apply a thin layer of cream to damp skin. You can use the cream every time you shave – it will provide you with super glide and won't clog your razor!

Will hair grow back thicker and stronger after shaving?

This is a myth. If you decide to shave your hair with a razor, you only remove the part of the hair that is visible to the naked eye. However, the hair follicles and roots of the hair are located under the skin. Shaving does not change the structure of the hair or its thickness. What you may notice is that the hair that grows back after shaving has a more blunt end because the pointed end is shaved off - sometimes this gives the visual effect of more visible hair.

How to incorporate an ingrown hair serum into your shaving routine?

An ingrown hair serum will be a great addition to your daily skin care routine. Using it regularly will prevent dead skin from building up and clogging your pores, making it harder for new hair to come through. Here’s a suggested (and ideal) shaving routine from Your KAYA:

1. We recommend using the serum for ingrown hairs regularly, regardless of when you plan to shave;
2. just before shaving: an intimate area scrub – it will lift the hairs and prepare the skin for shaving;
3. shaving cream will facilitate the entire process and ensure proper glide;
4. reusable razor with improved heads will shave your body thoroughly and safely;
5. After shaving, use an anti-irritation serum that will soothe and regenerate inflamed skin.

Can I use the serum immediately after shaving?

We suggest not using the serum for ingrown hairs directly after shaving. The skin can be irritated after shaving, so exfoliation (even gentle exfoliation) can irritate it. We recommend using a serum for irritation after shaving.

Is the serum photosensitizing?

No, the serum for ingrown hairs does not contain ingredients considered to be photosensitizing.
