Where are Your KAYA products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in the European Union and in China (razors with heads for shaving the body and face). Cosmetics, textile products, hot water bottles, pins and candles are manufactured in Poland.

How to sort products and their packaging after use?

Used pads, liners and tampons (due to the fact that they contain blood and secretions) must end up in the mixed waste bin. The wraps and adhesive strips on the back of pads and liners are made of Mater-bi, a biodegradable film, and should also be placed in the mixed waste bin, where they will decompose quickly and safely. Individual tampon wraps are great for composting or in the bio-waste bin, as they are made of fully biodegradable and compostable NatureFlex™ material. You can throw the sprinkler that we fill the packages with into the BIO waste bin or dissolve it in water, e.g. the water we use to water our flowers (we recommend it, it's fun!). Throw the product cartons and the package itself into the paper bin. The packaging for intimate hygiene fluid is 100% recycled plastic - throw the bottle into the plastic bin and let it into another cycle. The bottles of intimate oil and gel and the jar of SOS cream are made of glass, so they can be disposed of in a glass container, while their caps can be disposed of in plastic and metal containers.

Can I buy Your KAYA products in stores?

Yes! You can find some of our bestsellers in Rossmann, Super-Pharm, Hebe, DM drugstores and on our island in the Westfield Mokotów shopping mall in Warsaw. If you are pressed for time but prefer shopping with a permanent 15% discount, choose the subscription option on our website. For orders placed by 2:00 p.m. on working days, we ship the packages the same day!

How do I add a discount code to my cart?

The discount code is activated in the basket when placing the order. Enter it in the field provided and click the "Add" button.

Can I place an order without logging in?

Absolutely! You can place a one-time order without logging in.

Is it possible to return or exchange a product? To what address should I send it?

Sure! If you want to return or exchange a product, send it to: Your KAYA ul. Wspólna 1, 42-125 Libidza. Include a return/exchange form in the package - it will help us identify it and streamline the process. You can also contact us by email at kontakt@yourkaya.com. Payments

How much does it cost to ship an order?

Delivery of a prepaid one-time order worth less than PLN 150 costs from PLN 14.90. For one-time orders worth more than PLN 150, all historical subscriptions and new subscriptions above PLN 60, delivery is free.

Can I only pay by card?

Not only that! We explain: - when choosing a recurring order, the payment can be made by card or paid via BLIK, - when choosing a one-time order, you can choose one of the online payments: instant transfer, BLIK, PayPo, i.e. deferred payment, card or electronic wallet (e.g. Google Pay, Apple Pay).

Can you ship my order internationally?

What is the delivery time?

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier you choose and where you live. For domestic deliveries, delivery times range from 1 to 3 business days (in exceptional cases, this time may extend to 5 business days).

Subscription

What is a Your KAYA subscription?

Subscription is a shopping model that involves the delivery of products you have selected with a fixed 15% discount to a selected address regularly - every 1/2/3/4/5/6 months (you choose how often). Instead of ordering subsequent packages manually, the system remembers your choice and organizes shipping for you - thanks to this, you save not only money, but also a lot of time. When renewing an order, a fee is automatically charged from the payment card linked to your account or a request is sent to confirm the payment with the BLIK code - depending on the payment method you choose. If you choose the BLIK Recurring Payments option - you only provide the code with the first order - subsequent payments will be charged automatically. We will notify you about the upcoming payment by e-mail and SMS - you only pay as much as the products you ordered are worth. Delivery is free if the order value reaches PLN 60. You can edit the subscription at any time (add/change/remove products), move, cancel or redirect to another address. Our Customer Care team is always at your disposal for any questions you may have!

How do I subscribe to Your KAYA products?

It's simple: go to the product page you're interested in, select the "No strings attached subscription" option, then select the shipping frequency, i.e. how often you'd like to receive it (don't worry, you can adjust it later without any consequences), and click the "Add to cart" button.

How does automatic subscription payment work?

If you choose to pay by card: when ordering a subscription, you provide us with your card number, and we will charge the appropriate amount from it when it is renewed. If you choose to pay by BLIK: when you make your first order and each time you renew, you will be asked to provide the BLIK code generated in your banking application. If you choose the BLIK recurring payments option - you only provide the code when you make your first order - subsequent payments will be charged automatically. Of course, we will send you a reminder by email and text message beforehand! We operate in a similar way to Netflix or Spotify! We do not have access to your full data, because it is cleverly encrypted, so there is no fear that it will fall into the wrong hands. However, our payment system, Stripe, has been tested by an Independent PCI Security Assessor (Payment Card Industry) and has the PCI Level 1 Service Provider certificate, which is the highest level of certification in the payment industry. Peace of mind!

Will I receive a notification of an upcoming payment?

That's right. We'll send you a text message and a reminder email 3 days before the automatic payment date, so you have full control over your order and time to make any changes to your subscription. You'll receive another notification the day before payment - like at the airport, the last call before the beautiful adventure that awaits you with our products.

Can I edit the product list in my subscription?

Sure – log in to your Your KAYA account, go to the “Subscriptions” tab, then “manage subscription” and “manage products”. There is a “manage” button for each product – click it. Here you can postpone the delivery of the product or skip it; you can also swap it for another one, cancel its subscription or change its frequency! Want to add an additional, new product? Just below the products on the first page you will find a search engine for products waiting to be added to your order. Save your changes and you’re done!

Can I change my shipping date and/or address?

Sure! Log in to your Your KAYA account, go to the "Subscriptions" tab. At the very top you have two options: postpone - after selecting it, a calendar will appear with the possibility of choosing a new date; skip - after selecting it, you will be asked how many months you want to "suspend" your subscription. On the other hand, if you want to change the address, select "Manage subscriptions". After clicking, a list will appear; select "Edit shipping methods" from it, and then make changes to the address or enter a new one. Don't forget to save the changes!

I want to unsubscribe – how do I do that?

Very simply and quickly: log in to your Your KAYA account, go to the "Subscriptions" tab. On the right at the top you will notice an icon with the words "Manage subscriptions". After clicking on it, a list will appear, and at the bottom of it the option: "Cancel subscription". Well, that's it! We hope to see you soon!

How long can I purchase a subscription for?

The subscription itself is free. From the moment you place your first order as part of your subscription, the payment will be automatically renewed at the intervals you have chosen. Whether and when you end your subscription adventure is up to you. If you need a break, you can pause it. If you are completely out of your league, you also have the option to cancel. All this without any consequences whatsoever – as long as it is good for you!

What payment methods are available for subscription?

At the moment, the only available method is a payment card. Fortunately, you don't have to worry about that, because we don't collect your card details. They are encrypted and no one has access to them. In addition, our payment system, Stripe, has been tested by a PCI (Payment Card Industry) Independent Security Assessor and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider, which is the highest level of certification in the payments industry.

My Your KAYA subscription is active. Can I still use additional discount codes?

Good news: yes! Just log in to your account and go to the "Subscriptions" tab. If you want to add the code to your next order, you can do so in the main view. Remember to confirm your selection. If you have more than one subscription, go to "manage subscriptions" and then "view upcoming orders". Select the black "edit" button next to the order you are interested in, add the code and confirm by clicking the black "apply code" button. The discount will be applied to your next subscription order, regardless of its renewal date. What does this mean? Well, you can add the code to your subscription and not worry about it only being valid for a few days and your next shipment not being scheduled for until next month. And so we will reduce the cost of your order!

One-time purchase

Can I order one product as a subscription and the other as a one-time purchase?

Yes! If you want to buy products on subscription, you add them to your cart and then choose the frequency of their delivery. In the same cart, you can also place products that you want to buy once. Complete freedom tailored to your needs! If you want to order a product once: log in to your Your KAYA account, go to the "Subscriptions" tab. You will see a list of your currently subscribed products. Just below you will find a search engine for products that are waiting to be added to your order. Select a product and a window will appear where you can choose whether you want this product on subscription or as a one-time purchase.

How is a subscription purchase different from a one-time purchase?

A subscription purchase is an order that is regularly renewed - as often as you choose. You choose the products you want to receive every 1/2/3/4/5/6 months, always 15% cheaper. An active subscription requires a linked payment card or choosing the BLIK recurring payment method. In the case of a one-time purchase, you buy the product once - but we know from experience that it doesn't end with one time!
