Decide which products you want to receive regularly in your subscription, save 15% on every order and enjoy free shipping from 60 PLN! The 15% discount is calculated automatically and is permanent, for every product. Save on every order!
You choose how often we replenish your stock (every 1-6 months). Instead of ordering packages manually, the system remembers your choice and organizes shipping for you - this saves you a lot of time. Each time, you will receive information from us about the upcoming package.
What if you've stocked up? Need a different product? Are you going away? You can edit your subscription at any time (add/swap/remove products), pause, move, cancel, redirect to another address. Your KAYA subscription means full flexibility and comfort - from now on, we take care of your stock!

Is a subscription a commitment?
By subscribing, you agree that every 1/2/3/4/5/6 months we will charge the payment card connected to your account for the order. Our payment system, Stripe, has been tested by an Independent PCI Security Assessor (Payment Card Industry) and has the PCI Level 1 Service Provider certificate, which is the highest level of certification in the payments industry - your data is safe here.
Remember that you can change your shipping frequency, order contents, or even cancel your subscription altogether at any time .
Before each debit from your card, you will receive an email and text message with a notification of the upcoming payment. If you pay for your order with BLIK, when the order is generated, you will receive a text message asking for a code.

At Your KAYA, a subscription involves delivering our products to your address at a frequency you choose. We send the first package immediately after you pay for the order, and the next ones at a time interval you choose. You don't have to worry about making a transfer at the right time for subsequent shipments. On the day of the planned shipment, we will automatically (and of course safely, letting you know in advance) collect funds from your account or ask for a BLIK code. You can postpone the date of the next shipment, pause the subscription or cancel it at any time.

When ordering a subscription, you provide us with your card number, and when it is renewed, we charge the appropriate amount from it, of course by sending you a reminder to your email. The subscription itself is free. From the moment you place your first order as part of your subscription, the payment will be automatically renewed at the intervals you have chosen. Good news: yes! Simply log in to your account and go to the "Subscriptions" tab and select the black "Manage" button. After clicking "Add discount code," enter it in the box, click "Apply discount code," and save your changes. The discount will be applied to your next subscription order, regardless of its renewal date. What does that mean? Well, you can add the code to your subscription and not worry that it's only valid for a few days and your next shipment isn't scheduled for until next month. We'll still lower the cost of your order!

Sure! The funds you collect from the Referral Program are automatically charged to the next order you place - including subscriptions.
