Your KAYA togetHER is attended by people who have an account in the yourkaya.pl store and have agreed to join the loyalty program. These are both subscribers and people who have made a one-time purchase. A subscription, on the other hand, is a cyclical fulfillment of orders at a frequency set by the user. With a subscription, you can enjoy a permanent discount of up to 15% on recurring orders and free delivery above PLN 60.

No. Your KAYA togetHER participants are subscribers, but also one-time buyers who have an account in the yourkaya.pl store and have agreed to join the program. Therefore, being in Your KAYA togetHER, you do not have to subscribe to products - you can place traditional one-time orders.

Yes, that's right! To join Your KAYA togetHER, all you need is an active account in the yourkaya.pl store and your consent to participate in the loyalty program.

With Your KAYA togetHER, every złoty spent on purchases is converted into points that you can exchange for discount coupons and free products. There are also many additional activities that will earn you even more points, as well as early access to new products and celebrating your birthday. You can find the full list of benefits here!

We are constantly working on expanding the benefits for Your KAYA togetHER members and we do not rule out that there will be (a lot) more in the future! But you can rest assured - the permanent benefits will not change.

You are a member of Your KAYA togetHER when you have an active account in the yourkaya.pl store and you agree to participate in the program. If you do not make a purchase on yourkaya.pl within 12 months, your points will be canceled.

Unsubscribing from Your KAYA togetHER will take place after deleting your account in the online store yourkaya.pl (it will disappear along with the points you have earned and our joint order history). However, if you do not want to lose your account, contact us by e-mail: kontakt@yourkaya.com You do not have to provide a reason for your resignation - regardless of it, we will respect your decision. After unsubscribing from Your KAYA togetHER, the account will still be active, but the points you have earned cannot be used (as well as other benefits in Your KAYA togetHER). Additionally, if you do not make a purchase on yourkaya.pl within 12 months, your points will be canceled.

There are three levels of participation in Your KAYA togetHER: Like, Care and Love.

Level 1: Like

The beginning of a beautiful adventure! This is where you gain the opportunity to earn points. You are at the Like level until your total orders exceed PLN 300.

Level 2: Care

Care is waiting for those who have already completed orders in Your KAYA togetHER with a total value between PLN 300 and PLN 500 since the day they entered level 1: Like.

Level 3: Love

You will achieve the Love level when the value of your completed orders exceeds PLN 500 from the date of entry to level 1: Like.

Gaining a higher level in Your KAYA togetHER depends on the value of orders made through your store account. To achieve a higher level, the total amount spent on purchases is:

Like – less than 300 PLN

Care – more than 300 PLN

Love – more than 500 PLN

Every 100 points allows you to reduce the price of your next order by PLN 5. This is also the minimum number of points necessary to reduce the final price of the order.

In Your KAYA togetHER you can earn points for: shopping at yourkaya.pl and with our partners, referral program, birthdays, anniversaries, reviews, signing up to the newsletter, giving SMS consent, following us on social media and other occasional Your KAYA campaigns.

Yes! We appreciate and reward your loyalty! How? Whether you order by subscription or one-time, you will receive:

• second order or renewal → 50 points
• third order or renewal → 100 points
• 5th order or renewal → 150 points
• 10th order or renewal → 300 points

For purchasing our products from partners, you receive points with a conversion factor of 0.5 – what does that mean? Regardless of the level of participation in Your KAYA togetHER:

1 PLN = 0.5 points – every zloty spent (excluding delivery costs) is 0.5 points → when you spend 100 PLN, you earn 50 points!

Do you know someone who has an account in our store? They can give you their unique discount code! When you use it, you will receive a 15% discount on your first purchase, and they will receive 300 points, which is PLN 15 to spend on subsequent purchases. It also works the other way around - you can give your code to your friends from the Referral Program tab , and if one of them places their first order with your code (with a 15% discount), you will gain PLN 15 (300 points) to use on subsequent purchases. The condition for using the discount is the order value above PLN 60. The code cannot be published on discount code websites - it is your individual code, leave it for your loved ones!

The Referral Program code only gives a discount on the first order in our store. If the code didn't work, it most likely wasn't the first order for this person. If not, and the discount still doesn't work, contact us!

The 200 points from Your KAYA togetHER will be credited to your account the moment the order with the code is packed and marked as shipped by us. However, if this person has already received a shipping confirmation of the order and the points are still not in your account, please contact us!

You will receive a gift of extra points if you are in Your KAYA togetHER and give us your date of birth!

Happy Birthday, Happy Birthday! On your birthday, we wish you all the best, adding a few extra points:

Level 1: Like + 50 points!

Level 2: Care + 100 points!

Level 3: Love +200 points!

Once you reach exactly one year of participation in Your KAYA togetHER, we will give you 50 points.

Your opinion is valuable to us, which is why we reward it with points. A few days after the purchase, you will receive an email from us asking for your opinion. By going to the page from this email, you can publish an opinion with only the content, add a photo related to our products or create a real viral one. Place the opinion on our page and we will reward you proportionally to your involvement!

Text review – we'll give you 20 points for it.

Opinion with content and photo – we really like your photos, so we will reward you with 50 points .

A viral opinion that receives more than 500 reactions = 100 points in the Loyalty Program.

Signing up for the newsletter gives you an additional 25 points , and with them access to emails with premium content and attractive offers dedicated only to Your KAYA togetHER.

By agreeing to SMS communication, you will receive 25 points and first-hand information about new products and discounts in our store.

A discount coupon is active points exchanged for a discount of a specific value that reduces the price of your order. The discount coupon is proportionally settled for all products - it does not reduce shipping costs.

Log in to your account and go to the "Discounts at Your KAYA togetHER" tab. There you will find available discount coupons. Click "EXCHANGE" copy the discount coupon and paste it into the Discount Code field in a one-time order or with an active subscription.

When placing a new order, you can redeem points at the checkout stage. There is a dedicated field for redeeming points for a discount.

Note: the code cannot be combined with other discount codes.

To activate the Your KAYA togetHER discount, you must have at least 100 points (PLN 5) . During one order, you can activate a discount of no more than 2,000 points (PLN 100) . Remember that regardless of the number of points, the value of your order must exceed PLN 60 (excluding shipping costs).
