What does the recruitment process look like?
During the recruitment process you will encounter empathy, understanding, but above all specifics . We try to make it run smoothly and without stress.
Having learned from our own, not always positive, experiences, we understand how important it is to be 100% fair to candidates. That is why we provide price ranges in almost every advert, always meet deadlines and provide constructive feedback.
Once we receive your CV, we will review it as soon as possible. After that, we will let you know if we invite you to the second stage.
Expect a call from Agnieszka or Zuza - during a 15-minute chat, you will talk about the offer (including financial expectations) and if it turns out that your competences and personality match our needs, you will move on to the next stage.
Some positions require your skills to be tested in practice (copywriter, graphic designer, marketing specialist, etc.). After you send us your answers, we'll let you know how you did in our assessment. If it's great, we'll schedule a final interview.
This time you will talk not only to Aga or Zuza, but also to your potential manager. The meeting will last about 1.5 hours and we will discuss topics such as your experience, our mutual expectations and daily tasks in a given position.
If there's a spark ✨, we'll make a decision even the same day and immediately make a specific offer of cooperation. We want you to know that we care about you both during the onboarding process (when, after joining the team, we implement and familiarize you with how we work on a daily basis), as well as in each subsequent month of cooperation.
