Massage a small amount of cream into the skin of the breasts and leave to absorb. While applying the cream, you can perform a pleasant and (very!) useful massage. After applying the cream, start making gentle, circular movements from the outside of the breast, moving towards the nipple, making smaller and smaller circles. Then make larger and larger circles in the opposite direction (from the nipple to the outside). Repeat these actions on each breast for 3 to 5 minutes.
