How do I return a parcel? 📦
It's simple!
You have 14 days from the moment you receive the package to make a return . Pack the products in intact packaging and secure the package well - you can safely use the box in which your purchases arrived ♻️ Include a return form with the shipment, which will help us identify your order and significantly speed up the entire process.
You can send the package back to us in two ways: by courier of any courier company or by Poczta Polska. Send it to the address of our warehouse: Your KAYA, ul. Wspólna 1, 42-125 Libidza, tel.: 796 124 931. The cost of return shipping is on your side 🤍
Now it's our turn! We will cancel your order in the system as soon as we register the return in the warehouse. The refund for your purchases will appear in your account within a maximum of 10 business days (usually it takes less, but it depends on your bank) 💸
Do you like to travel? We do too! 💛 Packages are not necessarily…
