PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN REGULATIONS

§ 1. General provisions

  1. These Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the " Regulations ") define the terms and conditions and rules for conducting the promotional campaign called "-25% on new subscription orders paid for with BLIK Recurring Payments" (hereinafter referred to as the " Promotional Campaign " or "Promotion" ).

  2. The Organizer of the Promotional Campaign is Bright Future, a limited liability company with its registered office in Wrocław, address: ul. Duńska 9, 54-427 Wrocław, entered into the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000692159, NIP 5213792944, REGON 368186614, BDO: 000552164 , share capital in the amount of: PLN 14,300.00 (hereinafter referred to as the " Organizer ").

  3. The Promotional Campaign will be conducted in the Online Store available at https://yourkaya.pl/ .

  4. These Regulations constitute the basis for the organisation of the Promotional Campaign and define the rights and obligations of its Participants and are a binding document defining the rules of the Promotion, and all content contained in advertising and promotional materials is for informational purposes only.

  5. In the case of capitalized terms not otherwise defined, the definitions provided in the Online Store Regulations apply .


§ 2. Conditions of participation in the Promotional Campaign

  1. Any Client who is a natural person and who: meets all of the following conditions (hereinafter referred to as the " Participant " and the Customers are also collectively referred to as the " Participants "):

    1. is an adult (18 years of age or older) and has full legal capacity,

    2. has read the content of these Regulations and at the same time:

    3. will set up a Subscription for the Product/Products available in the store: https://yourkaya.pl/ by making a new order for the above-mentioned Product/Products as part of the Subscription with delivery to Poland and will select BLIK Recurring Payment as the online payment method for the Subscription.

  2. The Participant of the Promotional Campaign is obliged to provide data that is true and not misleading. The Participant is obliged to use the Promotional Campaign in a manner consistent with its assumptions, as well as in accordance with the law and good customs, in particular with respect for the personal rights of the Organizer.

  3. The Participant undertakes to comply with the rules specified in the Regulations and confirms that he/she meets all the conditions that entitle him/her to participate in the Promotional Campaign.

§ 3. Duration of the Promotional Campaign

The Promotional Campaign runs from May 12, 2025 to July 13, 2025 or until the pool of discounts covered by the Promotion provided by the Organizer has been exhausted.


§ 4. Terms of the Promotional Campaign


  1. Participation in the Promotional Campaign is voluntary.

  2. The Promotional Campaign consists in granting the Customer a one-time discount of 25% of the total value of the Products purchased as part of one first order made in the Subscription (the value of this order will be reduced by the aforementioned discount granted), provided that the conditions referred to in § 2 sec. 1 of the Regulations are met. The discount will be calculated after adding the Products to the basket and after selecting the payment method referred to in § 2 sec. 1 item 3 of the Regulations.

  3. The Customer may take part in the Promotional Campaign once during its duration, subject to the provisions of these Regulations.

  1. The Promotional Campaign covers Products available under Subscription in the online store https://yourkaya.pl/

  1. The Promotional Campaign may be combined with other promotions and discounts, unless the terms of a separate promotion or discount state otherwise.

  2. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash, other cash equivalents or any other form of compensation.

  3. The method of fulfilling orders covered by the Promotional Campaign, the rules for filing complaints regarding the Product(s) and the rules for withdrawing from the contract are regulated in the store regulations at: https://yourkaya.pl/policies/terms-of-service .

  4. The Organizer is the administrator of the personal data of the Participants of the Promotional Campaign. Detailed rules regarding the processing of personal data by the Organizer are regulated in the Privacy Policy at: https://yourkaya.pl/privacy-policy .


§ 5. Complaints regarding the Promotional Campaign

  1. The right to file complaints regarding the Promotional Campaign, including those related to the course and organization of the Promotional Campaign, is granted to each Participant of the Promotional Campaign. Complaints can be filed in writing to Your KAYA, ul. Wspólna 1, 42-125 Libidza, tel.: 796 124 931 or electronically in an e-mail message to kontakt@yourkaya.com.

  2. The Organizer recommends that in the complaint, the Participant of the Promotional Campaign indicates his/her contact details, data concerning the subject of the complaint and the date and description of the irregularities, as well as his/her requests in connection with the complaint submitted. The requirements specified in the previous sentence are only a recommendation and do not affect the effectiveness of complaints submitted omitting the recommended description of the complaint. The Organizer will respond to the complaint immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of filing the complaint. In the event that the complaint requires supplementation, the Organizer will contact the Participant with a request to supplement it using the contact details provided by the Participant and will inform about the new time for its consideration.

  3. The use of the complaints procedure does not exclude other rights of the Promotional Campaign Participant to which he or she is entitled under applicable law.


§ 6. Final provisions

  1. The Promotional Campaign is organised in accordance with Polish law.

  2. The Promotional Campaign Regulations are available at: https://yourkaya.pl/pages/regulamin-akcji-promocyjnej-blik? and at the Organizer’s registered office.

  3. Participants may obtain any additional information regarding the Promotional Campaign by sending an e-mail to the following address: kontakt@yourkaya.com.

  4. The Organizer reserves the right, to the extent permitted by generally applicable law, to introduce changes to these Regulations for important reasons such as, in particular: the requirement to adapt the provisions of the Regulations to changes in the provisions of applicable law or changes in the interpretation of the provisions of applicable law as a result of court decisions, decisions, recommendations of relevant offices or bodies, preventing violations of the law or violations of these Regulations, changing the method of conducting the Promotional Campaign due to technical or technological reasons, extending the duration of the Promotional Campaign, improving the service of Participants, the need to remove errors and/or typographical errors contained in the content of the Regulations, changing the Organizer's data (including contact details, names, e-mail addresses, updating links included in the content of the Regulations). The changes introduced will not violate the acquired rights of the Participants of the Promotional Campaign.

  5. BLIK Recurring Payment is made using the functionality of the bank's mobile application used by the Customer, as part of the BLIK payment system / BLIK payment scheme operated by Polski Standard Płatności SA with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Czerniakowska 87A, 00-718 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 00011412210000493783, NIP: 5213664494, share capital PLN 151 263 000, fully paid up.

  6. In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the generally applicable provisions of Polish law, including the Civil Code, shall apply.

  7. The Regulations enter into force on the date of commencement of the Promotional Campaign.
