Before using the cup for the first time in a given cycle and after your period has ended, boil it in hot water or wash it using special detergents.
To insert the cup, place it in your hand and then fold the top of it, e.g. into an S or C (you can test these methods and choose the most comfortable one). Once inserted into the vagina, the cup should open and adhere to the walls of the vagina.
Between uses, wash the cup with cold water and a gentle cleaning agent, such as our intimate hygiene fluid.
